The Shaughnessy Village received a Vancouver Tourism Award nomination this February, congratulating General Manager Jan Floody and her staff for making a positive impact on their guests' stay. "They are lucky to have a leader who does a great job boosting their morale," said Vancouver Tourism staff member Chole Hoppie.
The certificate now hangs in the Shaughnessy Village lobby for everyone to see.
"I'm very proud of my staff, and it's delightful to have them recognized by others in the tourism industry," said Floody.

Some tenants have recently complained about some kind of bugs in the rooms. You may wish to check with a local BC / Vancouver government agency about the current status.
